Horizon Home Care is a family-owned home care agency, founded in 2015, with a mission to provide exceptional, person-centered care to individuals of all ages who need assistance to live independently at home and in their communities. We were established to meet the growing demand for high-quality, compassionate care for the elderly, disabled, and chronically ill individuals, particularly those underserved in the Kansas City area.

Our goal is simple: to assist individuals in maintaining their independence at home, while ensuring they receive the care and support, they need from professional caregivers and their families. By providing a range of in-home services, we help our clients avoid the need for institutional care, allowing them to stay in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes in the least restrictive environment possible.
